Smart Links is a free productivity tool for Facebook that enables you to organize your friends, groups, applications and external links into folders.
Where it is placed:

Smart Links only places a link in your left hand navigation. The application does not place anything on your profile page or publish anything to your feed.
Install

Install the application and take a look at the FAQ tab for more information on how to use Smart Links. After you install the application, if you don’t see Smart Links underneath your “Applications” (left hand navigation) then click the “more” link.
